Today - it was filled with sorrow
But that's why I'm glad for tomorrow
I'll end the fight
And make it all right
Because time is not something we borrow

I don't know why it went wrong
But we're OK now - we're moving along
But if I was betrayed
Would I have stayed?
And suffered this torment lifelong?
