Minnesota
Alexandria: It's illegal for a man to make love
to his wife if his breath smells like garlic,
onions, or sardines. The wife can, by law, make
her husband brush his teeth or make him make
love to another women instead.
Before a man can ask a girl on a date he must
stamp on her left foot twice.
Blue Earth: No child under the age of twelve may
use the telephone unless accompanied by a
parent.
It is against the law for any woman to laugh at
the size of a man's penis.
It is illegal to sleep naked.
It's illegal to cross state lines with a duck on
your head.
Oral sex is against the law. Oral hygiene is
permissible.
The color blue has been banned since 1913. No
one is allowed to wear the color or paint
anything that color. Anyone entering the state
in a blue car must pay a fee or be sent to
prison.
