All clocks must be set 10 minutes fast.
Blind men are not allowed to fly helicopters
between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
Girls under the age of 12 must not have hair
that is longer than their arms.
It is against the law for women to stand within
five feet of a bar while drinking.
Junk dealers are not allowed to undertake
business transactions with drunks.
Newcastle: Couples are banned from having sex
while standing inside a store's meat freezer.
